Review the Service Management activities, approach, readiness and resourcing in Next Generation Infrastructure Services program

Analyse the risk in proceeding with the transition of the first group of services, provide recommendations on remediation and timeline.

Develop guiding principles:

Customer Focus/Experience
Move straight to target state
Reduce complexity
Organisational alignment
Maintain commercial viability.

Scope out the options and recommend moving to target state. This entails a reduced scope that includes new Design and Delivery Assurance functionality.

To reconfigure the program and team, supplementing with skilled resources.

Yes, we did find the work you completed very useful. We have now moved forward with a view to reconfiguring the program. To achieve this, we have brought new resources onto the program. We are now in the process of reconfiguring the teams. We will therefore work with our new resources and monitor our progress going forward.
